With a chance of their dish taking an exclusive place on the menu. We caught up with restaurant manager, Louis Horsley who filled us in on the details.

BACIO GELATO-
As it’s National Dessert day in the USA, Layne decides to cool off the traditional way by tucking into some delicious ice cream. This isn’t just any treat, this is Italian hand-made gelato passed down from father to son using fresh ingredients. With so many flavours to choose from Layne is in his element. Mr. Cesare Celli, the gelato maestro explains in detail on this little Italy.

ROAD TO DUBAI SOUND CITY-
The battle has begun, one that involves using very loud musical instruments. Get ready to see the ultimate test. One band will open Dubai Sound City, a three-day festival with over 50 bands playing but first they must convince the judges they have talent and musical flair. Layne and Punam find out all there is to know about the competition.
