Cameron Diaz Dyes Hair Darker (Plus, See Her Edgy Nose Piercing!)

Married life definitely agrees with Cameron Diaz. And it looks like her new relationship status may be inspiring her to change up her look. The star stepped out over the weekend sporting a new hair color — and piercing!

Diaz, 42, debuted a darker shade while on a date night with husband Benji Madden over the weekend. It’s definitely a change from her signature blonde strands, but the actress still has a few honey highlights happening. As for her new accessory (a tiny stud in her nose), we think she totally pulls it off. And we also wonder if this is the beginning of a new look for the star, who somehow manages to defy aging.

Her secret? According to Diaz, it’s just maintaing a healthy lifestyle.

“I live in a consistent way,” she said last summer. “I wrote the The Body Book, which is my philosophy on why it’s important to take care of your body, and I practice what I preach, which is just the every day maintenance of my machine.”
