The Good Wife Julianna Margulies won Best Actress in a Drama series for The Good Wife at the Emmys 2014

On Monday night at the Primetime Emmys in Los Angeles, Julianna Margulies accepted her third career Emmy and second Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Emmy for The Good Wife. (Her first win was for ER.)

“What a wonderful time for women on television,” Margulies said in her All the women I’m nominated with tonight, it’s such a testament to that. But truly this belongs to Robert and Michelle King. All our writers, who never cease to amaze me with 22 episodes a year. And I have to thank my gorgeous cast,” she added. “Christine Baranski, you are a beacon of light to all of us. And Josh Charles, I miss you every day. What were you thinking?”
